Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any services on 747ph live. By creating an account and accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 747ph live ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing 747ph live, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. 747ph live reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

- You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or suspended from 747ph live or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 747ph live or any associated company.
747ph live reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a Member is found to have registered while under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each Member may hold only one registered account on 747ph live. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 747ph live will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the 747ph live support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. We may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a Member of 747ph live, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
- Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential referral to relevant authorities. 747ph live cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when required.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 747ph live are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods approved for Filipino members. Currency conversion is not supported; accounts are maintained in PHP only.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate. 747ph live reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Deposits made by a specific method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
- 747ph live does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment sources not registered to the Member.
- In cases of suspected fraudulent deposits, 747ph live may freeze account funds pending investigation.
747ph live does not guarantee winnings or any financial return from gaming or betting activities. All outcomes are subject to chance, and Members participate entirely at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 747ph live, its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting outcomes.
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or errors on the platform.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to maintain account security.
- Any action taken by 747ph live in enforcing these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
Account Suspension and Closure: 747ph live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to pass identity verification, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. In cases of legitimate account closure, any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees will be returned to the Member via the original payment method where possible.
7. Intellectual Property, Third Parties, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on 747ph live, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, and software, is the property of 747ph live or its licensed partners. Members may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services: The platform may reference third-party services or payment providers. 747ph live is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Interactions with third-party providers are governed by those providers' own terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms: 747ph live may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 747ph live following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 747ph live shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
